"I have always found Camellia to be great to work with, she is very aware of deadlines and does not miss them. She is capable of working under adverse conditions, with very little oversight. Perhaps most important she doesn't go ballistic when I tell her the director hates the stuff I told her to do, and now she needs to redo it all in a more, "Orwellian" style. I still don't know what "Orwellian" means in terms of graphic design but he loved the stuff she sent the next day."
